Mark your calendars for Monday, September 28 at 7:00 PM CT! Austin Film Festival will be hosting a Texas Short Film Showcase featuring films from some incredible local filmmakers as part of our monthly screening series with Galaxy Theatres Austin. The lineup includes Train Dreams writers Clint Bentley and Greg Kwedar’s 2017 short 9 Races, as well as Katrina’s Son (AFF 2010), Makeup (AFF 2016), Archer (AFF 2011), and Untitled Moon Project (AFF 2009). This month’s Texas Short Film Showcase is the perfect preview for AFF 2026. Every short programmed has previously screened during the Festival, several of which are celebrating their 10 year AFF premiere anniversary!
