Galaxy Rewards

I forgot to use my Rewards account when I purchased tickets or snacks. How do I get those points?

Reach out to your local theatre using the Contact link at the top of the page. Please provide the name on the account, the account number if you have it, and the transaction ID on the tickets or the concession receipt.

I saw a movie today, but I have not received my Rewards Points in my account yet.

Rewards points may take up to 48 hours to be applied to your account.

Do Rewards points ever expire?

No, points never expire.

How can I see my reward point balance and activity?

Simply log into your Rewards account on our website or app to check your points balance and activity.

Do I earn points for buying gift cards or discount tickets?

No. But whoever uses the gift card or discount tickets will earn Rewards Points.

How do I get a Galaxy Rewards Card?

Once you create a Rewards account, we can use your phone number or email address to look you up when making in-theatre purchases. For members who would like a physical Rewards Card, ask the box office cashier to assign a card to your account and they will be happy to provide you with a card.

How can I redeem my points?

100 points can be redeemed for a free concession item up to $5.00 or $5.00 off a higher-priced item (excludes alcohol). 150 points can be redeemed for a standard-format movie ticket. 200 points can be redeemed for 3D or DFX admission ticket. 350 points can be redeemed for an IMAX ticket. 400 points can be redeemed for a DBOX ticket.

How do I earn points?

For every adult evening ticket purchased, you will earn 10 points. For every other paid admission ticket, 5 points will be earned. For every dollar you spend on concessions, 1 point will be earned.

Does it cost to join Galaxy Rewards?

No, it is completely free.

Do you accept Fandango Gift Cards?

No. We only accept Galaxy Theatres Gift Cards.

Can I use a Galaxy gift card for purchasing tickets online?

Yes. Galaxy gift cards can be used on our website, our mobile app, our kiosks, or in person at the box office or concession stand.

How can I purchase a gift card?

Physical gift cards can be purchased at the box office of any of our theatres. You can also order gift cards to be mailed or e-gift cards by clicking here.

Rated R Movie Policy

All children ages 11 and under will be charged a full price ticket with no exceptions. This includes children sitting on your lap.

A person must be 18 years old in order to purchase multiple tickets without providing additional photo IDs for the additional tickets.

Children under 17 require accompanying parent or adult guardian over the age of 18.

Refund Policy

Management reserves the right to refuse service without a refund and to determine where a ticket holder may sit. If seated in a companion seat needed for someone in accordance with the Americans with Disability Act (“ADA”) management will offer you another seat or provide a refund if no alternative is available. Refunds or exchange requests must take place at the box office no later than one hour before the purchased showtime .

List of Policies

  • Retain your ticket at all times. This is your receipt.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • No outside food or drink is permitted.
  • Hearing impaired and closed captioning units are available at the box office.
  • Use of electronic devices during shows is strictly prohibited. You may be escorted out of the building without a refund.
  • Recording (audio, video, photos, etc.) of movies or other on-screen performances is illegal.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • We reserve the right to awaken you if your sleeping is disturbing to others.
  • No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.
  • Backpacks and oversized bags may be searched.
  • Galaxy Theatres is a non-smoking environment. E-cigarettes and vaporizes are prohibited as well. Shirt and shoes are required.
  • No solicitation.
  • Skateboards and bicycles are not allowed inside Galaxy Theatres. Theatre personnel will not hold or secure these for guests.

How do I know which films offer Closed Captioning?

All of our theatres offer assisted listening, descriptive listening, and closed captioning device technology. Check your movie and showtime on our website, Galaxy App, kiosk, or box office signage and look for the Assisted Listening, Descriptive Listening, CC (Closed Caption) and OC (Open Caption) attributes. After arriving at the theatre, simply visit the box office and ask a team member for the device you wish to use. Our team members and managers are trained to set up, turn on, and instruct you how to use the device properly.

What is the theatre's daily opening time?

Galaxy Theatres will open no later than 15 minutes prior to the first daily showtime. Each theatre may open the building earlier depending upon anticipated attendance. Check with your local theatre for exact times.

If I bought my tickets online or using the Galaxy App, what do I do when I get to the theatre?

Simply present your booking number to the ticket taker using your phone or a print out of the receipt (your choice).

If my plans have changed, how do I change my tickets?

If you need to swap your movie, date, time, or seats, and it is not less than an hour before showtime, contact your theatre using the Contact Us page and someone will reach out to you. If you do not hear from someone, please bring your tickets to the Box Office at least an hour before showtime.

Can I get a refund for a movie that played yesterday?

No.

Can I get a refund?

Due to credit security protocols, refunds can only completed in person at the box office or by clicking here. Refunds will not be done over the phone or through email.

What are your ticket prices?

To locate ticket prices on the website, Galaxy App, or lobby kiosk, simply select a showtime and ticket prices for that showtimes will appear. There are no children’s discounts for rated R films. Any child attending must pay the adult ticket price.

What are open caption screenings?

Movies with on-screen subtitles. Galaxy Theatres schedules Open Caption screenings every week. Click the Open Caption link at the top of the website to see what Open Caption screenings are scheduled next. If you would like to see a different film with open captions played or if it can possibly be scheduled on a different day or time, please contact your local theatre and speak to the General Manager.

Which showtimes feature matinee pricing?

Matinee showtimes vary by location. Visit your local theatre or check the website or app for matinee pricing. Select a showtime and ticket pricing for that showtime will appear.

Do you offer student or military discounts?

Student and military discounts vary by location. Both of these discounts are only available in person at the box office with valid ID.

What are the ages for tickets?

Child tickets are for ages 2 - 11. Children under 2 who do not require a seat, are free. Senior tickets are for guests aged 65 and older.
