Galaxy Rewards

I forgot to use my Rewards account when I purchased tickets or snacks. How do I get those points?

Reach out to your local theatre using the Contact Us link at the top of the page. Please provide the name on the account, the account number if you have it, and the transaction ID on the tickets or the concession receipt.

I saw a movie today, but I have not received my Rewards Points in my account yet.

Rewards points may take up to 48 hours to be applied to your account.

Do Rewards points ever expire?

No, points never expire.

How can I see my reward point balance and activity?

Simply log into your account and click the Rewards link.

Do I earn points for buying gift cards or discount tickets?

No. But whoever uses the gift card or discount tickets will earn Rewards Points.

How do I get a Galaxy Rewards Card?

Galaxy no longer uses physical cards. Once you create an account, we can use your phone number or email address to look you up.

How can I redeem my points?

100 points can be redeemed for a free concession item up to $5.00 or $5.00 off a higher priced item (excludes alcohol). 150 points can be redeemed for a standard format movie ticket (excludes 3D, DFX, D-Box, VIP, and IMAX). 200 points can be redeemed for 3D, DFX, or VIP admission ticket (excludes D-Box and IMAX).

How do I earn points?

For every adult evening ticket purchased, you will earn 10 points. For every other paid admission ticket, 5 points will be earned. For every dollar you spend on concessions, 1 point will be earned.

Does it cost to join Galaxy Rewards?

No, it is completely free.

Who do I contact about a technical problem?

Click the Contact Us link at the top and bottom of the website and provide as many details as you can so we can contact you and help solve the issue.

Do you accept Fandango Gift Cards?

No. We only accept Galaxy Theatres Gift Cards.

Can I use a Galaxy gift card for purchasing tickets online?

Yes. Galaxy gift cards can be used on our website, our mobile app, our kiosks, or in person at the box office or concession stand.

Where can I purchase a gift card?

Physical gift cards can be purchased at the box office of any of our theatres. You can also order gift cards to be mailed or e-gift cards by clicking here.

Policies

Refund Policy

Management reserves the right to refuse service without a refund and to determine where ticket holder may sit. If seated in a companion seat per the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), management may be required to offer you another seat or provide a refund if no alternative is available. Refunds or exchange requests must take place at the box office no later than one hour before show time and date listed above. No refunds or exchanges given after that time. Use of unauthorized devices such as cell phones, tablets cameras, etc. is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection without refund. Online Convenience Fees are non-refundable.

  • Retain your ticket at all times. This is your receipt.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • No outside food or drink is permitted.
  • Hearing impaired and closed captioning units are available at the box office.
  • Use of electronic devices during shows is strictly prohibited. You may be escorted out of the building without a refund.
  • Recording (audio, video, photos, etc.) of movies or other on-screen performances is illegal.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • We reserve the right to awaken you if your sleeping is disturbing to others.
  • No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.
  • Backpacks and oversized bags may be searched.
  • Galaxy Theatres is a non-smoking environment. E-cigarettes and vaporizes are prohibited as well. Shirt and shoes are required.
  • No solicitation.
  • Skateboards and bicycles are not allowed inside Galaxy Theatres. Theatre personnel will not hold or secure these for guests.

Ticketing

How do I know which films offer Closed Captioning?

All of our theatres offer hearing impaired, descriptive listening, and closed captioning technology. Check your movie and showtime on our website, Galaxy App, kiosk, or box office signage and look for the HI, VI, and CC attributes. After arriving at the theatre, simply visit the box office and ask a team member for the device you wish to use. Our team members and managers are trained to set up, turn on, and instruct you how to use the device properly.

What time does the theatre open each day?

Galaxy Theatres will open no later than 15 minutes prior to the very first showtimes each day. Each theatre can and may open the building earlier depending on business volume. Check with your local theatre to find out exact times.

If I bought my tickets online or using the Galaxy App, what should I do when I get to the theatre?

Simply present your booking number to the ticket taker using your phone, email, printout, or however you choose to.

If my plans have change,d how do I change my tickets?

If you need to swap your movie, date, time, seats, etc, and it is not less than an hour before showtime, contact your theatre using the Contact Us page and someone will reach out to you.

Can I get a refund for a movie that played yesterday?

No.

Can I get a refund?

Due to credit security protocols, refunds can only completed in person at the box office. Refunds will not be done over the phone or through email.

Where are your ticket prices?

To locate ticket prices on the website, Galaxy App, or lobby kiosk, simply select a showtime and ticket prices for that showtimes will appear. For a list of all ticket prices, contact your local theatre. There are no children’s discounts for rated R films. Any child attending must pay the adult ticket price.

What are open caption screenings?

Open Caption screenings are held weekly. Every Monday, Galaxy offers an Open Caption screening of a newly released film. Check your local theater's showtimes each week to find out which film is offered and at what time on Monday. If you would like to arrange an Open Caption screening of a different movie at a different day or time, and you have a group of 10 or more willing to purchase tickets in advance, please contact your local theatre management team to find out what options are available.

Which showtimes are matinee pricing?

Matinee showtimes vary by theatre and are based on the local market. Visit or contact your local theatre to inquire about matinee times.

Do you offer student or military discounts?

Student and military discounts vary by location. Both of these discounts are only available in person at the box office with valid ID.

What are the ages for tickets?

Child’s tickets are ages 2-11. Children under 2, who do not require a seat, are free. Senior tickets are for guests aged 65 and up.
