WHEN CAN I USE MY TICKET?
The best part about getting a free birthday ticket from Galaxy Theatres is that it's redeemable for a full 30 days! However, you can put it to use much further in advance. For example, if your birthday is March 1st, but the film you want to see is in April, simply redeem your free ticket before March 30th and enjoy the show.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Join us for a matinee or a date night! Birthday Tickets include any regular priced showing at any time of day. While your ticket is waiting for you in your Rewards account, you may also bring a friend and only pay their fee in the same transaction. Two for the price of one! Similarly, premium experiences like DFX, IMAX, and D-BOX can be partially redeemed with a Birthday Ticket with an upcharge. We want you to get the most out of your Galaxy Theatre experience, so enjoy your special day, and treat yourself!
HOW TO REDEEM
Navigating the redemption process is easy! Step one is to make sure you’re signed into your Galaxy Rewards account on our website or mobile app. Follow through with choosing your showtime and seats like normal, and when you get to the Ticket Type dropdown menu, select Birthday Admission for a zero balance. Update and checkout to complete the interaction! It’s as easy as spending free money (AKA Galaxy Rewards points!)
